PrivateChief for Business — fully hosted

A Business Chief for your company.
Nothing to install.

It answers your customers by email, text, and phone. It keeps your books and paperwork moving, looks after your website and servers, prepares your morning briefing, and builds the small things you ask for. Real people supervise it. You talk to it like a colleague.

Built on PrivateChief. The same Business Chief, on a dedicated server we host for you.

The staff member
you couldn’t afford
to hire. Now you can.

What your Chief does

The recurring work of running a company, handled.

Customer support desk

Your customers write, text, or call a number and address that carry your brand. Routine questions are answered at once; anything needing a decision comes to you; a person is always behind it.

Your website & servers, looked after

Register the systems you already have. Your Chief monitors them, applies patches, keeps backups that restore, fixes what breaks, and makes the small changes you ask for.

Books & financial admin

Connected accounts feed the month. Your Chief categorises, learns your rules, spots gaps, and brings you only the questions that genuinely need you.

Documents & filings

Working documents organised, a register of what the company owes and when, and the next filing surfaced before it becomes an emergency.

Office & follow-through

Projects started and carried forward, research done, calendars coordinated, communications prepared, and the open loops remembered after the meeting ends.

Business briefing

Each member gets the right picture on schedule: priorities, commitments, exceptions, and what needs a human decision today.

Members & permissions

Colleagues join with roles. What each person may see, ask, or approve is set by you, and everything your Chief does is written to a ledger you can read.

Small builds, included

A new form, a report, a page, a script, a fix. If your Chief can build it itself within the permissions you grant, it is part of the plan. Bigger engineering is quoted in writing first.

How it works

Three steps, and the last one never ends.

1

You sign up

Checkout takes two minutes. Your first invoice is the one-time $299 onboarding plus your first month. Within one business day a real person emails you a short intake: your company, the name and voice of your Chief, who else joins, and which systems it should look after.

2

We prepare your Chief

Your Chief is set up on a dedicated server we host, with its own memory, permissions, support number and address, and the app invitations for your members. That first email tells you the exact date it will be ready. There is nothing for you to install.

3

It starts work

You talk to it from the app, by email, or on the phone, in plain English. Each month we review what it did and what it could take on next. Anything that needs a human engineer is quoted before it starts, never discovered on an invoice.

The honest question

Why not just use ChatGPT, or Codex?

You could, and for a person at a keyboard they are marvellous. Here is what a Business Chief adds:

  • It works when you are not there. A chat window does nothing at two in the morning. Your Chief answers the customer, notices the server, and has the briefing ready before you wake.
  • It remembers. Last month’s customer, the rule you set for expenses, the filing due in March. Memory that survives the session is the whole difference between a tool and a colleague.
  • It has a phone, an inbox, and permissions. Channels in both directions, members with roles, a ledger of everything it did, and limits you set on what it may touch. Nobody hands a chatbot the company card.
  • People stand behind it. We run the server, patch it, back it up, and watch it. When something needs judgment, a person makes the call. That is a year of building you do not have to do yourself.
Where the line is

What’s in the plan — and what gets its own quote

The plan covers everything your Chief can do itself, within the permissions you grant and the AI capacity you choose: support, books, documents, briefings, care of your systems, and small builds. A monthly review and a human backstop are part of it.

Human engineering is separate: beyond a couple of hours a month, migrations, redesigns, and large new features are quoted as flat-fee projects, in writing, before any work starts.

When a request sits near the line, we tell you which side it’s on before touching it. No surprise invoices, ever. The full rules are in our Service Agreement — written in English, not legalese.

Pricing

One onboarding. One monthly price. Nothing to install.

FAQ

Common questions

What is a Business Chief?
An AI chief of staff for your company, run by PrivateChief and hosted by Vibesies. It answers your customers by email, text, and phone, keeps your books and paperwork moving, looks after your website and servers, prepares your briefing, and carries work forward between conversations. Real people supervise it and step in when something needs judgment.
Do I need any hardware or technical knowledge?
No. Vibesies is the fully hosted version of PrivateChief for Business: your Chief runs on a dedicated server we provision and look after. You talk to it in plain English from the app, by email, or on the phone. Nothing is installed at your office. If you would rather keep the appliance on your own premises, PrivateChief offers the same Chief on a Jetson at your office.
What does it cost?
$199 per month, plus a one-time $299 onboarding added to your first invoice. AI capacity is separate: connect your own OpenAI account, or let us supply it at our cost plus thirty percent, billed one month behind. 25 GB of storage is included; each additional 25 GB is $5 per month. Cancel anytime.
Can it look after a website or server I already have?
Yes. Your existing website, web app, or server stays where it is, in your name. You register it with your Chief and choose how much it may do there, from read-only to approved changes. It then monitors, patches, backs up, and fixes it, and makes the small changes you ask for.
What is included, and what gets quoted separately?
Anything your Chief can do itself, within the permissions you grant and your AI capacity, is included: support, books, documents, briefings, server care, and small builds. Work that needs a human engineer beyond a couple of hours a month, such as migrations, redesigns, or large new features, is quoted in writing before it starts.
Can I cancel?
Any time, effective at the end of your billing month. No contracts and no exit fees. You can export your Chief’s records before you go, and we delete them within thirty days after offboarding.

Ready to stop wearing every hat yourself?

$299 to set it up. $199 a month for a Business Chief that never clocks off.

What our users say

★★★★★
"I am enjoying the vibesies concept and enivironment. Let's me interface my CODEX AI into a hosting platform where I don't need to know what is under the covers. I can quickly prototype a website in hours instead of weeks, and when it is ready, add a domain and make the site live and in production."
