Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect:

• Your email address and name
• Your billing details (handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers)
• Your Anthropic API key or OAuth token (encrypted at rest, only your container can read it)
• Your SSH public key (when you upload one)
• Server logs: requests to vibesies.com itself, API calls from your container, container resource usage

What's inside your container

The contents of your container — your code, files, databases, conversations with Claude — are yours. We do not access them in normal operation. We do not train any models on them. We do not feed them to any AI we run. The only times we look inside your container are:

• You explicitly grant access (e.g. via support ticket)
• We're compelled by valid legal process
• We're investigating a security incident affecting our infrastructure
• We're responding to a verified abuse complaint about your container

What Anthropic sees

Your conversations with Claude inside your container go directly to Anthropic via your API key or OAuth token. Their privacy and data-retention policies govern that data. Vibesies is not a party to that flow — we don't see, log, or proxy your Claude requests.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We use a marketing-attribution cookie when you arrive from an ad. We do not use third-party tracking pixels by default. Optional: Google Analytics if enabled on your dashboard for your own site (your call).

Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Stripe — for billing
• AWS — to host your container (we use a dedicated AWS account just for Vibesies)
• Amazon SES — for outbound email from your container
• Anthropic — only via your direct API key/token, not via us
• Authorities — only when compelled by valid legal process, and we'll tell you if not legally gagged

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not give it to AI training datasets.

Retention

• Account info: kept while your account is active, plus 7 years for tax records
• Server logs: 30 days
• Backups of your /workspace: per tier (7–90 days), plus 30 days post-cancellation
• Anthropic credentials: deleted within 24 hours of you removing them or canceling

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Email privacy@vibesies.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Vibesies is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor is using Vibesies, contact us and we'll close the account.
