Coverage

What’s covered, capability by capability.

The honest version, before you pay us anything. Every capability below starts switched off or in watch-only mode, and you decide what your Chief may do and when.

Included in the plan

  • Customer support desk: a phone number and a support address under your brand. Routine questions answered at once; policy-bounded actions within limits you set; anything needing your judgment brought to you as a card.
  • Your website and servers: registered systems monitored around the clock, security patches applied, backups that run and get test-restored, broken things fixed, and small changes made on request.
  • Books and financial admin: connected accounts, categorisation that learns your rules, gaps spotted, and only the genuine questions brought to you.
  • Documents and filings: working documents organised, a compliance register, and the next filing surfaced before it is due.
  • Office and follow-through: projects, research, calendars, communications prepared, and open loops carried forward.
  • Business briefing: the right picture for each member, on schedule.
  • Customers and revenue: records, opportunities, quotes, invoices, payments, and follow-up in one thread. With your approval it can email, text, or call a customer.
  • Members and permissions: roles, a ledger of everything your Chief does, and capability switches you control.
  • Small builds: forms, reports, pages, scripts, and fixes your Chief can complete itself within the permissions you grant.
  • Apps and channels: iPhone, Android, and Mac apps, plus email and phone.
  • The server: a dedicated, isolated machine we provision, patch, monitor, and back up, with 25 GB of storage included.
  • A person: a monthly review, plain-English support answered within one business day, and a human behind every escalation.

Quoted separately, as projects

  • Human engineering beyond about two hours a month — the fair-use line for hands-on work by our engineers.
  • Large new features or products that your Chief cannot complete itself.
  • Major upgrades and migrations: operating-system jumps, platform moves, and the work they drag along.
  • Redesigns and rebrands — new look, new structure, new everything.
  • Bulk content work: large-scale data entry, copywriting, catalogue loading.
  • Recovering from someone else’s changes — if a third party modifies a registered system outside our care, putting it right is quoted work.

Every one of these is available — as a written flat quote, approved by you before any work starts. When a request sits near the line, we tell you which side it’s on first.

Costs that stay yours

We keep these honest and visible rather than hiding them in our price:

  • AI capacity. Connect your own OpenAI account, or let us supply it at our cost plus thirty percent, billed one month behind with a ceiling you set. Voice minutes and your support number are always metered the same way.
  • Storage beyond 25 GB: each additional 25 GB is $5 a month. Single files up to 75 MB.
  • Hosting for your own website or servers, which stay where they are, in your name.
  • Your domain names and their renewals, software licences, and payment-processing fees.

Permissions and oversight: why coverage is never a debate

Every capability your Chief has carries a switch: off, watch only (it may read, reason, and plan, but nothing is sent, spent, published, or run), or live. New Chiefs start in watch-only mode. Registered servers carry their own access level: ask first, approve for me, or full care. Everything your Chief does is written to a ledger you can read. So the question “is this covered?” has a simple answer: if your Chief may do it and can do it, it is. If a person has to do it, we tell you first.

Sounds fair?

It reads this way because it’s meant to be kept.
