The two things billed separately

AI capacity and storage, in plain sight

AI capacity

The monthly price covers the managed service: your Chief’s server and software, monitoring, updates, encrypted backups, support, and our ongoing care. It does not cover the AI capacity your Chief consumes when it reads, reasons, researches, and speaks. You choose how that is supplied:

Connect your own OpenAI account. You subscribe with OpenAI directly and pay them. We bill you nothing for it.
Let us supply it. We measure exactly what your Chief uses and put it on your invoice at our cost plus thirty percent, one month behind, with a monthly ceiling you set.

Voice minutes and your support phone number are always metered at our cost plus thirty percent. A quiet month costs little; a busy one costs more, and you can watch it accrue in your portal.

Storage

25 GB is included for your Chief’s documents, files, records, and working memory. Most companies never reach it.

Each additional 25 GB is $5 per month, added when you ask for it.
Single files up to 75 MB.
Your website and servers stay on their own hosting, so their content never counts against this.

Your portal shows how much you are using, and we tell you before anything runs out.

The fine print, in plain sight

What these prices mean

One plan covers one company and one Chief. A second company is a second Chief and workspace, at $199 a month, so nothing blends.
The plan covers what your Chief can do itself, within the permissions you grant and the AI capacity you choose. Human engineering beyond about two hours a month, migrations, redesigns, and large new features are quoted as flat-fee projects, in writing, before any work starts. When a request sits near the line, we tell you which side it’s on first.
The support desk applies your policies: billing, refunds, and tone are yours to decide, never ours. Anything that needs a decision comes to you.
Your third-party costs stay yours: hosting for your own website or servers, domain names, software licences, and payment-processing fees.
Cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billing month. No contracts, no exit fees, and an export of your records on request.
If we decline to take your company on after onboarding begins, the $299 is refunded in full.
