We set up a support address on your domain and load it with real knowledge of your product — which we have, because we maintain it. Common questions get instant, accurate answers. Unusual ones get a person. Questions that need your judgment come to you with full context. Your customers see your brand throughout; we are invisible.
Refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, goodwill gestures — the desk applies the written policies you give us and never decides money on its own judgment. If your policy is generous, we are generous on your behalf; if it is firm, we are politely firm. Your till, your rules.
